Radical Tactics of the Offline Library

The Radical Tactics of the Offline Library is based on the new book “Radical Tactics: Reversalism and Personal Portable Libraries” By Henry Warwick which is free to download and share from the Institute of Network Cultures. We found this via commonfutures.eu, in a thought provoking blog post about the increasing commodification of knowledge. The post looks at the potential of libraries, librarians and their offline and online communities to counter this via self-organising access to knowledge and learning using P2P networks and platforms.
